The Motherhood Exhale is a monthly relaxation evening for mums in Hartley Wintney and surrounding areas. Each monthly session includes a beautiful mixture of calming breathwork, open & honest discussion, guided relaxation and gentle connection. Led by local antenatal & hypnobirthing teacher Fiona Wilson, these sessions give you space to unwind, reset and feel truly supported.

Who is 'The Motherhood Exhale' for?

Any mum - whether you’re in the newborn bubble or navigating toddler life.

There is something so beautiful about mums at different stages of their journey sharing the highs, low and everything in between with each other.

The Lucy Pygott Centre, Hartley Wintney, Hampshire.

Lots of free, on site parking.​​

When is it?

These sessions are usually held on the last Friday of the month.
