The Motherhood Exhale

Your monthly moment of calm for busy mums

The Motherhood Exhale is a relaxation evening where you can slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself and other local mums. Each monthly session includes a beautiful mixture of calming breathwork, open & honest discussion, guided relaxation and connection. The Motherhood Exhale is the perfect space to escape the mental load of motherhood, unwind and reset.

What to Expect:

  • Gentle breathwork to promote calm & relaxation during motherhood.

  • Open & honest discussion on different topics e.g. matrescence, identity support, hormones and much more.

  • Supportive Community: meet other local mums, share experiences and build friendships in a warm, welcoming environment.

  • Guided Relaxation: imagine lying down on your mat, eyes closed, and probably falling asleep while I read a lovely guided relaxation!

  • Positive motherhood affirmation to take home each time.

  • Refreshments & delicious treats

  • Reconnecting with yourself after becoming a mum

Any mum - whether you’re in the newborn bubble or navigating toddler life.

The Motherhood Exhale Details

Where are the sessions held?

The Lucy Pygott Centre, Hartley Wintney, Hampshire.

Lots of free, on site parking.

When are the relaxation evenings?

The Motherhood Exhale is a monthly relaxation evening for mums.

What time are the sessions?

All sessions start promptly at 7:30pm and finish at 8:45pm.

How much is it?

Only £18.50 for each session.
