What Happens at a Pregnancy Relaxation Session?
Connect with Other Mums-to-Be
We start off each session checking in with everyone, seeing how every is doing, and getting to know each other.
You will be part of a private WhatsApp group with the other mums in your group to stay in touch during pregnancy and once babies have arrived.
Guided Breathing Techniques
We then move on to a few minutes breathing, to calm your nervous system, leave any stresses at the door and learn how to use our breath in labour and birth to stay calm and focussed.
Birth Preparation Discussions
Each week we will have a different theme of discussion, including topics such as:

creating a beautiful birth environment

birth partner support & advocacy

transitioning into motherhood

releasing anxiety & fears

tools & techniques to stay calm in labour

and lots more juicy topics!
Guided Relaxation
We finish each session with a beautiful deep guided relaxation. Lie down with your blanket and pillow, and enjoy the relaxation to finish our session. You'll have the best sleep ever after this!
Who Are Pregnancy Relaxation Sessions For?
Anyone pregnant mum, 12 weeks onwards. Whether this is your first baby or fifth, you deserve this time for yourself.
These sessions can be booked as a standalone course, or complement my hypnobirthing courses really nicely, as some mums I work with book both.

The Lucy Pygott Centre, Vaughan Close, Hook, Hampshire RG27 8EB (the address is technically Hook, but it's actually in Hartley Wintney)
Lots of free parking in the designated car park.
When is the next Pregnancy Relaxation course?
September Course Dates:
13 / 20 / 27 September & 4 October 2026
November Course Dates:
22 / 29 November & 6 / 13 December 2026
What time do sessions start?
All sessions begin promptly at 7:30pm and finish at 8:45pm.
What do I need to bring?
Just a blanket, cushion/pillow and a bottle of water. I'll provide the rest.
How much are the sessions?
Only £70 for the block of 4 sessions or book individual sessions for £18.50 if you can't make them all.
